Crowan

Crowan is a village and civil parish in Cornwall, England, United Kingdom. It is about three-and-a-half miles south of Camborne. A former mining parish, all of the mines had shut by 1880.

Carwynnen Quoit is a dolmen belonging to the Neolithic period, at Carwynnen near Camborne in west Cornwall. It is also known as 'The Giant's Quoit', 'The Giant's Frying Pan', 'Pendarvis Quoit' and 'Pendarves Quoit'.
