The Church of St John the Baptist, Metfield is the parish church of Metfield, Suffolk. It is a Grade I listed building. It is part of the Sancroft benefice of churches, part of the Hoxne Deanery, in the Diocese of St Edmundsbury and Ipswich.

The Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Redenhall is a Grade I listed parish church in the Church of England in Redenhall, Norfolk. It is the mother church of the large ecclesiastical parish of Redenhall-cum-Harleston and Wortwell, with the smaller church of St John the Baptist in Harleston originally being a chapel of ease to Redenhall.

Metfield is a village and civil parish in the Mid Suffolk district, in Suffolk, England, but its name is derived from Medefeld or 'Meadow feld'. It is situated close to the border with Norfolk, being approximately 5 miles south east of Harleston and 7 miles north west of Halesworth.
