Bicol, also called Bicolandia is a peninsula at the southeastern end of the largest Philippine island of Luzon. Officially called Bicol Region and designated as Region V, the administrative region comprises four provinces on the peninsula and two island provinces.Places of Interest

Polangui is a landlocked municipality of Albay in the northwest quadrant of the province and serves as the gateway via Asian Highway 26. Along with neighboring Libon, it borders Rinconada District of Camarines Sur.
