Cmolas is a village in Kolbuszowa County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina called Gmina Cmolas. It lies approximately 6 km north of Kolbuszowa and 35 km north-west of the regional capital Rzeszów. Cmolas is situated 5 km southwest of Kolbuszowa County.
