Gezi Park is an urban park next to Taksim Square, in Istanbul's Beyoğlu district. It is one of the last green spaces in Beyoğlu and one of the smallest parks of Istanbul.

Beşiktaş Stadyumu is an all-seater, multi-purpose stadium in the Beşiktaş district of Istanbul, Turkey. It is the home ground of Beşiktaş. The stadium was built on the site of Beşiktaş's former home, BJK İnönü Stadium. Beşiktaş Stadium is situated 1 km east of park city.

Taksim Mosque is a mosque complex in Taksim Square, Istanbul. It was designed by two Turkish architects in the Art Deco style, and can hold up to 3,000 worshippers at the same time. Taksim Mosque is situated 400 metres south of park city.

Harbiye is a neighbourhood in the municipality and district of Şişli, Istanbul Province, Turkey. Its population is 2,157. The neighbourhood takes its name from the Mekteb-i Harbiye that functioned here for many years, albeit with intervals, in the 19th and 20th centuries.
