The Laos National Stadium or formally Anouvong Stadium, also known as Vientiane Provincial stadium, is a multi-purpose stadium in Vientiane, Laos. It is named after Chao Anouvong, King of Vientiane. Laos National Stadium is situated 2 km northeast of Wat Hat Pathum.

Patuxai is a war monument in Downtown Vientiane, Laos, built between 1957 and 1968. The Patuxai was dedicated to those who fought in the struggle for independence from France. Patūsai is situated 3 km northeast of Wat Hat Pathum.

Wat Ong Teu

Wat Ong Teu Mahawihan is one of many Buddhist monasteries in the city of Vientiane in Laos. This name is given to the temple due to the large, bronze Phra Ong Teu Buddha image that is in the temple: the largest Buddha in Vientiane. Wat Ong Teu is situated 1½ km northeast of Wat Hat Pathum.
