Rami Barracks were an Ottoman and later Turkish Army barracks located in the Eyüp district on the part of , Turkey. They were built in the 1770s in the Ottoman Empire era.As of January 13, 2023, following comprehensive restoration work, the building has been re-opened and now functions as one of Istanbul’s largest public libraries.
