The stadium is primarily used for rugby league as the home ground of the South Sydney Rabbitohs and Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs in the National Rugby League as well as the New South Wales Blues in State of Origin and the venue for the NRL Grand Final. is situated 4 km north of Municipality of Strathfield.
