The Osman Ahmed Osman Stadium, also known as the Arab Contractors Stadium or Al-Mokawloon al-Arab Stadium, is a multi-use stadium used mostly for football matches in Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt, which has a seating capacity of 35,000.

The Cairo International Stadium, formerly known as Nasser Stadium, is an Olympic-standard, multi-use stadium with an all-seated capacity of 75,000. The architect of the stadium is the German Werner March, who designed the Olympic Stadium in Berlin from 1934 to 1936. Cairo Stadium is situated 3 km northeast of ‘Izbat al ‘Arab.

Al-Azhar Mosque, known in Egypt simply as al-Azhar, is a mosque in the historic Islamic core of the city of Cairo, Egypt. Commissioned as the new capital of the Fatimid Caliphate in 970 CE, it was the first mosque established in a city that eventually earned the nickname "the City of a Thousand Minarets". Al-Azhar Mosque is situated 3 km west of ‘Izbat al ‘Arab.

Al-Daher is a district in the Western Area of Cairo, Egypt. According to the district map, and the census, it is subdivided into the qisms of al-Wayli and el-Daher, or al-Zahir. Some of their better known quarters are Sakakini and Abbassia. Al Daher is situated 4 km northwest of ‘Izbat al ‘Arab.
