Manthali is a municipality and the headquarters of Ramechhap District in Bagmati Province, Nepal. It was established on 2 December 2014 by merging the former village development committees Old-Manthali, Bhatauli, Chisapani, Kathjor, Bhaluwajor, Salupati and Sunarpani. Manthali is situated 8 km east of Seleghat.
Ramechhap
Ramechhap District is in Nepal, immediately east of Kathmandu. It stretches from the Sun Koshi river to the base of the Everest range, with elevations varying from 488 m at the Sun Koshi to Numburchuili peak at 6,909 m.
