Gyirong Port was a Chinese land port and border crossing on the China–Nepal border. The port complex stood at the confluence of the Trishuli River with the Lhende Khola, near Resuo, in Gyirong County in the Tibet Autonomous Region, opposite Rasuwagadhi in Nepal.

Timure is a small town and headquarter of ward no. 2 of Gosaikund rural municipality. It is about 19 km north from Syaphru. Previously Timure was a village development committee in Rasuwa District in the Bagmati Zone of northern Nepal. Timure is situated 3 km south of Rasuwa Fort.
