Rohuwa is a village development committee in Sarlahi District in the Janakpur Zone of south-eastern Nepal. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 1,910 people living in 374 individual households. Rohuwa is situated 9 km northeast of Balara.

Gaur is a municipality and headquarters of Rautahat district of Narayani zone, Nepal. It lies at the border of Nepal that links India via Bairgania and has a customs checkpoint. The former Prime Minister of Nepal Madhav Kumar Nepal is a resident. Gaur is situated 10 km west of Balara.
