Kodari is a border village in Ward No. 2 of Bhotekoshi Rural Municipality, Sindhupalchok District, , Nepal. It lies in the upper valley of the Bhote Koshi immediately south of the China–Nepal border, opposite in , , , China. is situated 5 km northeast of Dhumithang.
