Cairo International Airport is the principal international airport of Cairo and the largest and busiest airport in Egypt. It serves as the primary hub for EgyptAir and Nile Air as well as several other airlines. Cairo International Airport is situated 4 km southeast of Fīrū Mītālkū.

Zeitoun, also al-Zeitoun, is one of the eight districts that make up the Northern Area in Cairo, Egypt. It is known for its Marian apparitions at the Coptic Church of the Virgin Mary of Zeitoun, reported in 1968–1971. Zeitoun is situated 8 km southwest of Fīrū Mītālkū.
