The Jenin refugee camp, also known as the Jenin camp, is a town originally founded in 1953 as a Palestinian refugee camp located within the city of Jenin in the northern West Bank. Jenin Refugee Camp is situated 2½ km southwest of Ḩayy al Maydān.
