Zagori

Zagori, also called Zagorochoria is a historical area and a municipality in Epirus, Greece, with an area of some 1,000 km², including 46 villages. Since 2023 the Zagori Cultural Landscape has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Tsepelovo is a village in the Zagori region. It stands at a height of 1,200 meters in a panoramic location on the mountain range of Tymfi. It is the biggest of the 45 villages of Zagori and it was the seat of Tymfi municipality. Tsepelovo is situated 6 km northwest of Zagori.
