Uttaradit is a town in north Thailand. The original name of Mueang district, Uttaradit, was Bang Pho. This district was under the control of Phi Chai District.

Si Phanom Mat, also spelled Sriphanommas and Sripanommas, is a village and tambon of Laplae District, in Uttaradit Province, Thailand. In 2005 it had a population of 3,276 people. Si Phanom Mat is situated 9 km west of Wat Nam Rit Tai.
