Si Phanom Mat, also spelled Sriphanommas and Sripanommas, is a village and tambon of Laplae District, in Uttaradit Province, Thailand. In 2005 it had a population of 3,276 people. Si Phanom Mat is situated 6 km southwest of Mon Din Daeng.

The original name of Mueang district, Uttaradit, was Bang Pho. This district was under the control of Phi Chai District. Later, it was established as Uttaradit Province and Bang Pho District became the capital district.
