Echuca

Echuca railway station is located on the Deniliquin line in Victoria, Australia. It serves the town of the same name, and opened on 19 September 1864. It is the northern-most operating passenger railway station on the Deniliquin line, and is the terminus for Echuca line services.

Echuca Wharf is a historic timber wharf on the Murray River at Echuca in Victoria, Australia. The simultaneous construction of the wharf and the railway line between Echuca and Melbourne in 1864 saw the Port of Echuca become the second largest port in Victoria and opened access to Melbourne ports and markets for much of the Murray-Darling basin.

Echuca-Moama is a twin city on the border between the Riverina region of New South Wales and Victoria. Echuca is the larger half of the town and is on the southern, Victorian, side of the Murray River, while Moama is the smaller and is on the New South Wales side.
