The Fatima Masumeh Shrine is the mausoleum of Fatima bint Musa, located in the city of Qom, Qom province, Iran. Qom is considered to be the most sacred city in Shia Islam after Karbala, Najaf, and Mashhad. Holy Shrine of Fatima Masoumeh is situated 2½ km northeast of Kūy-e Valī‘aşr.
