Maḩalleh-ye Kowhānestān

Menar Jonban

The Monar Jonban, is a mosque and mausoleum, located in Esfahan, in the province of Isfahan, Iran. It was intended as a shrine, built over the grave of the Sufi ascetic Amu Abdullah Suqla. Menar Jonban is situated 2½ km southwest of Maḩalleh-ye Kowhānestān.

The Bird Garden of Isfahan was founded in 1998 by the municipality of Isfahan and it is now under the supervision of the recreation and welfare organization of the municipality. Birds Garden is situated 2½ km south of Maḩalleh-ye Kowhānestān.

Lonban Mosque

The Lonban Mosque is a Shi'ite mosque, located in the historic Lonban quarter of Esfahan, in the province of Isfahan, Iran. Its current structure is rebuilt in the contemporary era, but some of the plaster works and paintings are from the Safavid age. Lonban Mosque is situated 3½ km east of Maḩalleh-ye Kowhānestān.
