The Eiffel Tower is a lattice tower on the Champ de Mars in Paris, France. It is named after the engineer Gustave Eiffel, whose company designed and built the tower from 1887 to 1889. Eiffel Tower is situated 580 metres northeast of pont de Bir-Hakeim.

It is in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, close to the Champ de Mars and Eiffel Tower, after which it is named. Champ de Mars Tour Eiffel railway station is situated 200 metres northeast of pont de Bir-Hakeim.
