Peñón de Alhucemas

The Alhucemas Islands are a group of three islets under Spanish sovereignty located in the Bay of Al Hoceima, in the Alboran Sea. They have historically been classified as "minor places of sovereignty" within the plazas de soberanía. Peñón de Alhucemas is situated 2½ km northwest of Jdayd.

Cherif Al Idrissi Airport is an international airport serving Al Hoceima, Morocco. It is the second-busiest airport in the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region of northern Morocco. Cherif Al Idrissi Airport is situated 3½ km southeast of Jdayd.

Ajdir is a small town in Morocco near Al Hoceima. It was the capital of the Republic of the Rif from 1922-1926 under the leadership of Abd el-Krim. The town lies in the territory of the Ait Waryagher tribe. Ajdir is situated 4 km west of Jdayd.

Imzouren is a town in the north of Morocco. It is located near the city of Al Hoceima and now stretches almost to the town of Bni Bouayach. The inhabitants of Imzouren are Riffians. Imzouren is situated 6 km south of Jdayd.
