Terningen Skanse is a small fortification, a schanze. It is situated approximately 2 kilometres west of the town of Elverum, Elverumsleiret, in Innlandet county in eastern Norway. Terningen skanse is situated 2½ km east of Vestre Terningå.

Terningmoen is a military camp in Elverum Municipality, Norway. The base trains and houses parts of the Norwegian Army such as: The base is also the location of a guard company "Vakt og Sikring Kompani Østerdalen", which has the responsibility of the protection of the camp. Terningmoen is situated 4 km east of Vestre Terningå.
