Shekou Port Station

Shekou Port station is a metro station on Line 2 of the Shenzhen Metro. It was opened on 28 December 2010. This station helped serve the population travelling via the former Shekou Passenger Terminal, which is the origin of the station name.

Minghua, formerly MV Ancerville, is a 1962 French liner later converted to a cruise ship. Now landlocked, she is the centerpiece of the Sea World development in Shekou, Shenzhen, China. Minghua is situated 1 km northeast of Shekou Port Station.

Nanshan district also includes Shekou, on metro line 2, the expat neighborhood with everything Western that you might be accustomed to as well as the main ferry terminal.
