Bab Zuwayla or Bab Zuweila is one of three remaining gates in the city walls of historic Cairo in Egypt. It was also known as Bawabat al-Mitwali or Bab al-Mitwali. Bāb Zuwaylah is situated 460 metres north of Mausoleum of Awlad al-Asyad.

The Aqsunqur Mosque, also known as the Blue Mosque, or the Mosque of Ibrahim Agha, is a mosque located in Islamic Cairo, Egypt. The mosque is situated in the Tabbana Quarter of Darb al-Ahmar district, between Bab Zuweila and the Citadel of Cairo. Blue Mosque is situated 470 metres southeast of Mausoleum of Awlad al-Asyad.

Al-Azhar Mosque, known in Egypt simply as al-Azhar, is a mosque in the historic Islamic core of the city of Cairo, Egypt. Commissioned as the new capital of the Fatimid Caliphate in 970 CE, it was the first mosque established in a city that eventually earned the nickname "the City of a Thousand Minarets". Al-Azhar Mosque is situated 1 km northeast of Mausoleum of Awlad al-Asyad.
