Huế, formerly Thừa Thiên Huế province, is a municipality in central Vietnam, located approximately at the center of the country, and an educational, medical, and cultural hub.

The Imperial City or Imperial Palace also known as Đại Nội, is a royal enclosure within the walled city of Huế, the former imperial capital of Vietnam during the Nguyễn dynasty. Imperial Citadel is situated 4 km southwest of Xã Phú Thượng.

Tự Do Stadium or Sân vận động Tự Do is located in Thuận Hóa district, Huế, Vietnam. It has a capacity of 25,000 seats. The stadium was constructed by the French colonialists in the early 1930s, at which time it was given the name "Stade Olympique de Hué".
