Khao Rom is a 1,351-metre-high mountain in Nakhon Ratchasima Province, Thailand. It is the highest peak of the Sankamphaeng Range, between eastern Thailand and Isan. Khao Rom is situated 3½ km southwest of San Chao Pho Khao Khiao.
