Lake Canobolas is a man-made reservoir located near Orange, in the central west region of New South Wales, Australia. Completed in the early 1900s, between 1918 and 1957 the lake supplied water to Orange and since the 1970s has been used for recreation purposes. Lake Canobolas is situated 2½ km west of Chipperfield.
Bloomfield Hospital
Bloomfield Hospital is a heritage-listed former psychiatric hospital at Forest Road, Orange, City of Orange, New South Wales, Australia. It was designed by Walter Liberty Vernon and George McRae and built from 1923 to 1931. Bloomfield Hospital is situated 4 km east of Chipperfield.
