Strathalbyn is a town in South Australia, in the Alexandrina Council. In 2016, the town had a population of approximately 6,500. Strathalbyn is situated 7 km north of Braewood.

Nurragi is a locality on Fleurieu Peninsula in South Australia. It was named for and served by the Nurragi railway station which in turn was derived from a native name for scrub. The station and railway alignment are now the Nurragi Conservation Reserve. Nurragi is situated 7 km southeast of Braewood.
