Wallaroo is a coastal town on the western side of Yorke Peninsula in South Australia and is a popular tourist destination. Along with Kadina and Moonta, Wallaroo forms the Copper Coast, formerly known as the Copper Triangle.

Yorke Peninsula begins at the head of the Gulf of St Vincent and to north of the state capital of Adelaide. It is west of the city of Adelaide between the Fleurieu Peninsula and Eyre Peninsula in South Australia. Kadina is situated 9 km southeast of Wallaroo Railway Station.
