Jells Park

Jells Park is a 127-hectare metropolitan park in Wheelers Hill, a southeastern suburb of Melbourne, in Victoria, Australia. Opened in April 1976, the park is named after Joseph Jell, a cattle grazier who worked in the area in the mid-to-late 19th century.

The first venue to be designed and built specifically for Australian rules football, it served as a neutral stadium for Victorian-based Victorian Football League/Australian Football League clubs upon its opening in 1970. Waverley Park is situated 3 km south of Jells Park.
