Mount Epomeo is the highest mountain on the volcanic island of Ischia, in the Gulf of Naples, Italy. Epomeo is believed to be a volcanic horst. Reaching a height of 789 metres, it towers above the rest of Ischia. Mount Epomeo is situated 2½ km west of Cretaio.

Aragonese Castle is a castle built on a small tidal island east of Ischia, at the northern end of the Gulf of Naples, Italy. The castle stands on a volcanic rocky islet that connects to the larger island of Ischia by a causeway. Aragonese Castle is situated 3½ km east of Cretaio.
