Trapani Cathedral, formally the Cathedral Basilica of Saint Lawrence the Martyr, is the cathedral of the Diocese of Trapani in Trapani, Sicily. Originally founded as a community church in the medieval period, it was elevated to cathedral status in 1844. Trapani Cathedral is situated 3½ km north of Murana.
