The Fatima Masumeh Shrine is the mausoleum of Fatima bint Musa, located in Qom, Iran. Qom is considered one of the holiest cities in Shia Islam along with Najaf, Karbala, Mashhad, Samarra, Kadhimiya, and Kufa. Holy Shrine of Fatima Masoumeh is situated 3 km northeast of Khīābān-e Valī‘aşr.

Qom railway station is located in Qom, Qom Province. The station is owned by IRI Railway. All train services were moved to Mohammadieh railway station on the outskirts of the city, however due to public demand and drop in passenger levels, some services were restored in this city centre station. Qom is situated 3½ km north of Khīābān-e Valī‘aşr.

The University of Qom is an Iranian public university in Qom. After an endorsement by the Council of the Islamic Revolution and under the supervision of the Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom, the university was founded in 1980 as the High Educational and Legal School of the Seminarians of Qom by Mohammad Beheshti, Mohammad Javad Bahonar and Mehdi Ghazi Khorramabadi. Qom University is situated 4 km southwest of Khīābān-e Valī‘aşr.
