The Auckland Central City Library is a public library located in the Auckland City Centre, New Zealand. The facility is the main branch of Auckland Libraries. Auckland Central City Library is situated 110 metres southwest of Auckland Art Gallery.

The Civic Theatre is a large heritage combination performing-arts theatre, live-music venue, and cinema seating 2,378 people in Auckland, New Zealand. First opened on 20 December 1929, it underwent a major renovation and two-year conservation effort in the late 1990s, and was reopened on 20 December 1999. The Civic is situated 220 metres west of Auckland Art Gallery.

Carlaw Park was a multi-purpose stadium in Parnell, a central suburb of Auckland, New Zealand. It neighboured the Auckland Domain's Northern end. It was primarily used for rugby league and had a peak spectator capacity of around 28,000 in the 1930s, though this fell to around 17,000 by the time the ground was closed in 2002.
