Valderøy Church is a parish church of the Church of Norway in Giske Municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. It is located on the south side of the village of Nordstrand on the island of Valderøya.

The area received protection in 1988 "to preserve an important wetland area with its appertaining plant communities, bird life, and other wildlife," according to the conservation regulations. Rørvikvatnet Nature Reserve is situated 3½ km north of Oksnes.
