The Cathedral of Saint Patrick and Saint Joseph, commonly known as St Patrick's Cathedral, is a heritage-listed Catholic cathedral church in Auckland CBD, situated on the corner of Federal Street and Wyndham St. St Patrick’s Cathedral is situated 170 metres south of Grand Chancellor City.

The Tepid Baths is a public indoor pool complex in Auckland, New Zealand. The baths opened in 1914 on a site that had previously been occupied by a small drydock and were very well-received by the public, with the new baths attracting 30,000 visitors in the first two months after opening. Tepid Baths is situated 120 metres north of Grand Chancellor City.
