The Galata Tower, officially the Galata Tower Museum, is a medieval Genoese tower in the Galata part of the Beyoğlu district of Istanbul, Turkey. Built as a watchtower at the highest point of the mostly demolished Walls of Galata, the tower is now an exhibition space and museum, and a symbol of Beyoğlu and Istanbul. Galata Tower is situated 500 metres south of Sen Palas.

Pera Museum is an art museum in the Tepebaşı quarter of the Beyoğlu district in Istanbul, Turkey, at Meşrutiyet Avenue No. 65, adjacent to İstiklal Avenue and in close proximity to Taksim Square. It has a particular focus on Orientalism in 19th-century art. Pera Museum is situated 270 metres northeast of Sen Palas.
