National Film Actors’ Theatre

The National Film Actors' Theatre or State Theatre of Cinema Actors is a theatre company in Moscow, Russia, founded in December 1943 by the Council of People's Commissars to train film directors and film actors and to provide work for film actors between shoots. National Film Actors’ Theatre is situated 300 metres north of Serviced Novinskiy Boulevard.

Narkomfin Building

The Narkomfin Building is a block of flats at 25, Novinsky Boulevard, in the Central district of Moscow, Russia. Conceived as a "transitional type of experimental house", it is a renowned example of Constructivist architecture and avant-garde housing design. Narkomfin Building is situated 370 metres northwest of Serviced Novinskiy Boulevard.

Spaso House

Spaso House is a listed Neoclassical Revival building at No. 10 Spasopeskovskaya Square in Moscow. It was originally built in 1913 as the mansion of the textile industrialist Nikolay Vtorov. Spaso House is situated 460 metres southeast of Serviced Novinskiy Boulevard.
