The Christoffelberg, also known as Mt Christoffel or Mt St Christoffel, named after Saint Christopher, is the highest point on Curaçao. The Christoffelberg is 372 metres high and lies in the reserved wildlife park, Curaçao Christoffelpark, which can be explored by car, bike, horse, or on foot using several trails that have been laid out for this purpose. Christoffelberg is situated 3½ km southeast of Grote Knip.

Watamula is located at the westernmost point, Westpunt of the Caribbean island of Curaçao in the Netherlands Antilles The name Watamula comes from the Dutch word Watermolen which means “water mill.” The name refers to the two currents which meet 40 ft under Cliff Villa Peninsula. Watamula is situated 4½ km north of Grote Knip.

Soto is a small town in northern Curaçao. It is located close to Santa Marta Bay, a deep indentation in the island's northwest coast. The small town of Santa Cruz lies just to the northwest, and the town of Barber, Curaçao lies to the northeast, across the hilly ridge which stretches for much of the island's length. Soto is situated 9 km southeast of Grote Knip.
