Kashi Vishwanath Temple is a Hindu temple dedicated to Shiva. It is located in Vishwanath Gali, in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. The temple is a Hindu pilgrimage site and is one of the twelve Jyotirlinga shrines. Kashi Vishwanath Temple is situated 350 metres north of Mānmandir Ghāt.

The Gyanvapi Mosque is a mosque located in Varanasi, in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. The site was originally an ancient Hindu temple of Shiva or "Kashi Vishveshwara", one of the twelve sacred Jyotirlingas. Gyanvapi Mosque is situated 400 metres north of Mānmandir Ghāt.
