Medchal is an outer suburb of Hyderabad in the Medchal–Malkajgiri district of the Indian state of Telangana. It is the mandal headquarters of Medchal mandal in Keesara revenue division of the district. Medchal is situated 8 km southeast of Maisireddipalli.
