The Düssi is a mountain in the Glarus Alps in central Switzerland, located on the border between the cantons of Uri and Graubünden. Its massif separates the valleys of Maderanertal and Val Russein.

The Berghotel Maderanertal is a historic mountain hotel in Silenen, Switzerland, from the "golden years of alpinism". The hotel was built in 1864 under the name Zum Schweizerischen Alpenclub by Albin Indergand, hotelier and government councillor from Amsteg.
