The Düssi is a mountain in the Glarus Alps in central Switzerland, located on the border between the cantons of Uri and Graubünden. Its massif separates the valleys of Maderanertal and Val Russein. Düssi is situated 3 km northeast of Brunniboden.

Piz Cavardiras is a 2,964 metres high mountain in the Glarus Alps, located on the border between the cantons of Uri and Graubünden. The Cavardiras hut, owned by the Swiss Alpine Club, lies near the pass of Cavardiras on the north side. Piz Cavardiras is situated 4 km south of Brunniboden.

Berghotel Maderanertal

The Berghotel Maderanertal is a historic mountain hotel in Silenen, Switzerland, from the "golden years of alpinism". The hotel was built in 1864 under the name Zum Schweizerischen Alpenclub by Albin Indergand, hotelier and government councillor from Amsteg. Berghotel Maderanertal is situated 2½ km northwest of Brunniboden.
