Scree Gap

Scree Gap is a gap between and , near the west end of South Georgia. The name is descriptive and was given by the United Kingdom Antarctic Place-Names Committee following surveys by the SGS in the period 1951–57.

is a point forming the west side of the entrance to , near the west end of the north coast of South Georgia. It was charted by Discovery Investigations personnel in 1926–30, and so named because a low rock lies off the point.
