Kathgodam is a suburb of Haldwani, Uttarakhand, India. It used to be a part of the twin township of Haldwani–Kathgodam, and is known as the "Gateway to Kumaon". Kathgodam is situated 4½ km northwest of Ratighāt Reserved Forest.
