Adoni or Adavani is a city in the Kurnool district in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is a municipality and the headquarters of Adoni Urban mandal, Adoni Rural mandal which administered under the Adoni revenue division. Adoni is situated 9 km northwest of Virūpāpuram.
