Antsla is a town in Võru County, southern Estonia, it is the administrative seat of Antsla Parish. The borough of Antsla was reclassified as a third-rank town by Konstantin Päts on 1 May 1938.

Kobela is a small borough in Võru County, in southeastern Estonia, located about 3 km northwest of the town of Antsla, near the Lake Vahtsõkivi. As of the 2011 census, the settlement's population was 313. Kobela is situated 3½ km northwest of Antsla linn.
