Perejil Island, also known as Parsley Island, is a small, uninhabited rocky islet located 200 metres off the coast of Morocco. It is administered by Spain as one of the plazas de soberanía, and its sovereignty is disputed by Morocco. Isla Perejil is situated 3½ km northwest of Jbel Chandir.

Jebel Musa is a mountain in the northernmost part of Morocco, on the African side of the Strait of Gibraltar. It is part of the Rif mountain chain. The mountain is generally identified as the southern Pillar of Hercules, Mons Abila. Jebel Musa is situated 2½ km west of Jbel Chandir.
